Our aromatherapy diffusion oil products are designed for use in any Firenzie Pet aromatherapy machine. To begin eliminating odors in your space and creating a tranquil atmosphere, simply remove the diffuser oil bottle from the aromatherapy machine and add the aromatherapy diffusion oil blend of your choice to a level that will not overflow. Screw the bottle back into the Firenzie Pet aromatherapy machine and adjust the diffusion intensity to your preferred level. Oil and water do not mix. Please do not attempt to dilute diffusion oils with water in an attempt to extend the life of your aromatherapy diffusion oil. Mixing our aromatherapy diffusion oils with other carrier oils is not required. We hope you will enjoy our products as much as we have enjoyed creating them.

All of our aromatherapy diffusion oils are for aromatherapy machine use only. Firenzie Pet's Aromatherapy Machines diffuse aromatherapy oils through a process called cold-air diffusion. By using compressed air, aromatherapy oils are transformed into a micro-fine mist, allowing the aromatherapy oil to evaporate in the air without leaving behind any residue. The oils will not settle on floors or furnishings. Please do not use our aromatherapy diffusion oils topically on the skin. Do not attempt to ingest our aromatherapy diffusion oils. If ingested, contact a local poison control center immediately or seek professional medical care. Direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or skin may cause serious irritation and harmful effects. If you, a family member, or your pet have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with a healthcare practitioner prior to diffusing aromatherapy oils. 

Our odor eliminating aroma diffusion oils are incredible and we hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do. However, we understand that choosing the right scent and diffuser for your space is a personal choice.

Please note that fragrances that are diffused smell completely different than they do from a straight whiff of the oil in the bottle. We recommend that you allow the oil to be diffused before making a decision on if you like it or not. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Once your return request has been authorized through the Firenzie Pet Returns Center and received by the Firenzie Pet Team, it will take 5-10 business days to process. You'll receive an email notification upon the completion of the return processing.
