The Aura aroma machine harnesses the power of the most advanced scenting technology available. Utilizing two-fluid atomization, the Aura aroma machine transforms Firenzie Pet's odor eliminating fragrance solutions into negatively charged, nano-sized droplets through high-speed airflow generated by compressed air. The result is a super dry mist that is gently released by the Aura aroma machine that floats effortlessly as it is dispersed. The nano-sized droplets are negatively charged which prevents them from settling on furnishings, walls, and floors for a completely residue free scenting experience. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are incredible and our goal is for every customer to love their purchase. Sometimes, it just doesn't work out. We understand! We want you happy!
RETURNS:
Products eligible for returns may be returned and received within 14 days from the date of the product delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable shipping insurance.
- Products must be unused and in the original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation included in the same appearance as they were shipped.
- Returns must be packed in a proper, separate shipping box such as it arrived in. A diffuser box is not considered a shipping box, please use appropriate packaging material.
- Diffusers that have been run with oil are deemed used and not eligible for a return or refund.
- Diffusers that have been altered, modified or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.
- Fragrances that have been opened are not eligible for return and refund.
Firenzie Pet is not responsible for lost items or damages caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend securing shipping insurance and providing us with a tracking number as part of the return process.
Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy are typically issued within 5 business days from the product acceptance by Firenzie Pet. All return units are inspected to confirm unused condition prior to issuing any refunds.
- Final sale items are not eligible for a return
- Exchanges typically are processed within 5 business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Firenzie Pet.
For a refund, the device or product MUST be unused and all packaging must be as pristine as it arrived and include all parts as shipped to you.
If your return does not meet this requirement, we unfortunately can not accept the return. Please do not attempt to return used machines as they will not be accepted.

Any original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping in the event the product doesn't meet your satisfaction.

- Holiday Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
- Express Orders placed after 2pm EST will not process until the following business day.
Although we do our best to ship all orders within 24-hours of placing the order, processing may take up to 3 business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with tracking numbers, the tracking information will be communicated to the email address on the order.
Firenzie Pet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at info@firenziepet.com within 60 days of the original dispatch date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier FedEx, UPS, or USPS. As part of the claim process, the carrier would provide more details on transit information and the final investigation outcome.
