The Somas is a sleek and modern waterless aroma diffuser that plugs into a standard wall outlet. As a wall plug model, the inconvenience of frequent charging and battery replacement is completely eliminated. The Somas has simple touch buttons to allow you to adjust fragrance output concentration and the duration of fragrance output.
Somas has a unique radar mode option. If the machine senses movement from humans or pets, the machine begins emitting our odor eliminating fragrances. There is an automatic shut-off after no motion is sensed after 5 minutes of the last fragrancing cycle. The Somas also offers standard fragrancing cyles without radar motion sensing mode. To operate the Somas, simply fill the enclosed fragrance bottle with your favorite Firenzie odor eliminating fragrance, set your fragrancing preferences.
The Somas aroma machine harnesses the power of the most advanced scenting technology available. Utilizing two-fluid atomization, the Somas aroma machine transforms Firenzie Pet's odor eliminating fragrance solutions into negatively charged, nano-sized droplets through high-speed airflow generated by compressed air. The result is a super dry mist that is gently released by the Somas aroma machine that floats effortlessly as it is dispersed. The nano-sized droplets are negatively charged which prevents them from settling on furnishings, walls, and floors for a completely residue free scenting experience. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are incredible and our goal is for every customer to love their purchase. Sometimes, it just doesn't work out. We understand! We want you happy!
RETURNS:
You may return or exchange your Firenzy Pet Echo Wall Plug-In Diffuser purchased direct from our website for any reason within 14 days of date the machine is delivered to the address you have provided us for a refund, provided the device has not been used and remains in undamaged, and is in the original undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories. It must be, look, and smell unused to meet our return policy standards. Why? Because once a machine is used with the odor eliminating fragrance you select, it may have remnants of your fragrance left behind which makes it become a used machine at this point.
For a refund, the device MUST be unused and all packaging must be as pristine as it arrived and include all parts as shipped to you.
If your return does not meet this requirement, we unfortunately can not accept the return. Please do not attempt to return used machines as they will not be accepted.
You must obtain a return authorization
Any original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping in the event the product doesn't meet your satisfaction.
